Co-founder

Christine Fares

Christine is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Law. She is a co-founder of CLSBA. She practices real estate law at a firm in Orange County, CA.

Board Chair and Co-Founder

William Zakhary

William graduated from The University of Texas School of Law. He focuses on mergers & acquisitions and debt financing primarily for private equity sponsors at a large corporate law firm in Houston, TX.

Board Director

Maryam Meseha

Maryam is the President of the Coptic Lawyers Association in New York. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate litigation and she resides in New Jersey.

Board Secretary

Nansy Mekhail

Nansy is a graduate of Mitchell Hamline School of Law with an Alternative Dispute Resolution emphasis. She is an attorney editor for an online legal research service and proprietary database.
